What is satsang?

A simple definition of satsang is devotional speech and chanting programs for the upliftment of the consciousness of the practitioner. In practical terms, and in relation to HIU Ireland, they are the weekly/monthly meetings in which members practice meditaton, chant, discourse, and celebrate being alive!
