[Spiritual Practice]

Daily sadhana or spiritual practice is the very basis for bringing in, awakening to, anchoring the Light, purifying our mind, emotions, body and personality.

One size does not necessarily fit “all” in the area of sadhana.
A particular practice may be better suited for one being and not another and the sadhana practice chosen should not be rigid or unconscious.

  1. Set aside at least 20 minutes each day for sadhana.
  2. Practice at the same time and in the same place, if possible.
  3. Wear the same meditation clothing each time, if possible.

Try to include some or all of the following practices:

  • Pranayama,
  • Conscious Breathing,
  • Meditation
  • Chanting, Silent or Mantra Meditation,
  • I AM Presence activation,
  • Violet Flame activation,
  • Invocations,
  • Visualizations,
  • Awareness and
  • Movement and/or Yoga.
